Household Income must be 3X the rent in provable NET income - not gross income.

Minimum acceptable credit score is 525
If credit score is lower than 525 application may possibly be considered, however if it is considered, a higher security deposit than the advertised amount would be required
3. Criminal History
Criminal records must contain no convictions for felonies for crimes within the past 7 years involving violence against persons, damage or destruction of property, manufacture or distribution of controlled substances and no sexual offenses ever.
4. Rental History
Evictions within the last 10 years will not be considered

Application fee is payable online by applicant when requesting reports and is non-refundable. Application will be reviewed for completeness before proceeding with credit and background check. Application will also be reviewed to verify all required documents are attached before processing.
A complete application package will include the following for each person over the age of 18 wishing to reside in the home:
Completed and signed application
Proof of Income
Enlarged copy of drivers license or state issued ID
Applicants need to complete the application and email to email@example.com along with proof of income, a copy of their drivers license and the minimum requirements initialed. If it is a complete app, the lister will send applicants an email to run their credit/background and they can pay the fee online at that time. Only 1 application is run at a time.
